Vladimir Putin is still trying to use Interpol to arrest a British banker. If the organisation is to have any credibility, it must throw the case out

Ron Noble, the Secretary General of Interpol, is due to step down at the end of this year. He leaves office with a dismal record of having allowed the international crime-busting organisation to collaborate with regimes with no regard for the rule of law.
